Welcome to the Tee-rific Referral Rewards Program – where spreading the word about our awesome optometry services is not only rewarding but also a whole lot of fun! Get ready to showcase your referral prowess and snag an exclusive T-shirt featuring our office pet Uni, along with other items. Here’s how it works:
1. The Basics:
To be eligible, you must be an existing patient of Look + See Vision Care. Refer your friends, family, or acquaintances to our office. Make sure they write your name down as a referral on our required new patient registration paperwork.
2. The Magic Number:
After three (3) successful referrals, you earn a free T-shirt! Your referred patients must complete their first appointment or service for the referral to count. Referrals are not limited! Keep the referrals rolling for more rewards.
3. The Fine Print:
T-shirts are available while supplies last, so don’t wait too long to claim yours. Once you reach three successful referrals, contact our friendly staff to pick up your free T-shirt. The referral program is subject to Look + See Vision Care’s terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The referral program is open to current customers of Look + See Vision Care. Participants must be at least 18 years old. The referral program is effective March 1, 2024, while supplies last. A qualifying referral is a new customer who makes a purchase or avails of a service from Look + See Vision Care. The referred customer must mention the referrer’s name during the initial contact. Referrers will receive a t-shirt after 3 qualifying referrals. Rewards are only applicable once the referred customer completes a purchase or service. There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make. Rewards will accumulate based on the number of qualifying referrals. Rewards are subject to verification and validation by Look + See Vision Care. Rewards will be distributed in person only. Look + See Vision reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value if necessary. Look + See Vision Care reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms. Fraudulent referrals or attempts to manipulate the program will result in disqualification. Look + See Vision Care reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants through our website. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Look + See Vision Care is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected referrals or rewards. Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved at the discretion of Look + See Vision Care. Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
